How to use
Dampen the cone and prefilters with hot water and press out the extra. Nest the prefilters inside the Orlon cone, hang the cone over a clean pot and pour syrup in hot, at 180°F or hotter. When the flow slows, lift out the top prefilter and keep pouring. Rinse everything in hot water only, never soap, and dry completely before storing. A how-to card is included in the box.

Orlon cone: 16 oz polyester felt. Prefilters: Reemay spunbond polyester. Both are food-contact materials that meet FDA regulations (21 CFR 177.1630). Made in USA (Missouri), packed by hand in Chanhassen, Minnesota.
